There was a lot of excitement around the factory this week when we were contacted by Thames TV to ask if we could produce some custom printed clipboards to be used on the X Factor show. They were digitally printed onto black PVC with the well known "X" logo. Keep your eyes peeled when the show goes live this year to see if you can spot them!
Recently we completed a project with a new customer to create a centerpiece for their space themed Charity Fundraising Event. No strangers to the weird and wonderful we were more than happy to accommodate this request. The customer decided that they wanted a perspex rocket that they had already seen on our website but in a different size and colour to what we had done previously. As with all manufacturing companies we acquire a certain amount of material waste in the day to day running of the business. Usually we send this off to be recycled as part of our "green commitment" plan but when we decided that we needed to brighten up the workplace we came up with the ingenious idea of saving up our rejected sheets of dibond aluminium and overlaminating them with landscape designs to put up on the walls around the business.

At the moment here in Screentec we are producing our heaviest and probably biggest single job in our history which involves printing over 100,000 powder coated steel panels for a local company to distribute to a superstore chain around the country.
